Mincemeat made for Christmas!

Made one small batch of mincemeat ready for christmas! Put some today in home-made mince pies as practice-flavour of the mincemeat was good but the first attempt at short crust pastry has a lot to be desired! less butter more flour next time I think-edible but will improve for Christmas batch : )

Rather than the traditional nutmeg I put in cinnamon and didn’t put any alcohol in it and it is veggie friendly : )
