So today at work we made 18 Cranachans for guests and staff to enjoy for dessert.
We made this Scottish classic by layering whipped thick double cream, raspberries and toasted oats. Then topped with more Raspberries, oats and some honey! We excluded the whisky that is usually traditional in this recipe to make it a lighter pud.
