Noodle tea time : )

Today tried a new easy recipe with some different ingredients which I hardly use normally.

So a slightly spicy noodle dish for 2:

1. Put noodle onto boil while you cube up tofu.

2. Put the tofu cubes into frying pan to fry with a little oil.

3.Slice 3 spring onions, 1 red pepper and a chunk of fresh ginger and add to the frying pan/wok to fry quickly.

4. Drain the noodles and add them to the frying pan too.

5. Mix 1 tea spoon of chilli paste with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of water, mix then add this sauce to the pan.

6.Stir everything in and serve while still hot with a slice of lime on the side to juice over the meal at end.

Voila! Sounds odd but the combinations work : )
