We decided to have stewed Rhubarb for pud yesterday. So easy and tasty!
-3/4 Stems Rhubarb (for 2 people)
-2 dessert spoonfuls of vanilla essence
-5 dessert spoonfuls of sugar (brown sugar is tasty!)
-cream to serve
1. Preheat oven to 180’c. Wash and slice Rhubarb into roughly 3 cm pieces.
2. Place in an oven dish and sprinkle with the vanilla essence and sugar evenly.
3. Cover the dish with tinfoil and seal tightly. Place in oven for approximately 25 minutes-uncover and once the Rhubarb is soft and their are juices it is ready to eat!
4. serve with cream.
A very easy recipe but nice and warming on a winters day-while the snow melts!
