Product Reveiw: Hedgerow Cordials

A delivery of a little bottle from Hedgerow Cordials was a lovely treat to get the other day! A bottle of Hedgerow Cordials Victoria Plum Cordial to try was very exciting for myself – particularly as a keen forager! The emblem of the quirky owl on the bottle is fun too!

Hedgerow Cordials is another local Suffolk business who specialise in foraged foods to make into cordials. They frequent local markets and included in their range is flavours such as: Pear and Cinnamon, Elderflower and Strawberry, Wild Nettle and Sloe and Apple. I tried my Victoria Plum cordial two ways to experiment. Firstly with hot water and a squeeze of lemon for a hot winter evening warmer – very tasty! And then with a little fizzy water and cold water for a refreshing drink on a warmer day – flavourful and natural. I liked the fact that the ingredients were natural and that the taste was pure and simple. All in all a fab product – I think I shall try the Rhubarb and Ginger one next!
